I finally finished the outline for “Secret Histories”, which at 7 single-spaced pages is the longest outline I have ever written for anything, ever. I’m very, very excited about this proposal, and I hope with some work it will turn into a book. It’s a YA urban/historical fantasy culled from a bunch of disparate notes that I’ve been keeping ever since I started writing seriously. Suffice to say, I think it’s awesome and I don’t think it’s been done before, which makes me excited and anxious–if it’s never been done, can I do it justice?
